A University of Maryland alum, he excelled in Neurobiology and Physiology before earning his DDS with honors. His expertise was further honed during a rigorous residency in pediatric dentistry at UMMS hospital, where he mastered various treatments including full mouth rehabilitation and pediatric dental emergencies.

Beyond the hospital, Dr. Jang gained diverse experiences through externships in Maryland and Massachusetts, including prosthodontics and pediatric observation. His dedication to underserved communities is evident through his participation in medical missions across Belize, Guatemala, Gambia, Haiti, and Peru.

An ardent baseball fan, Dr. Jang’s love for the game echoes his hometown’s spirit, Busan, the “City of Baseball.” He blends this passion with his family life, celebrating the sport with his three children.
